John took such good care of us. We got a flat on our way to Anaheim and he got us taken care of with a set of 4 new tires (the others were in need of replacement too and we knew it) for a fantastic price. He offered us a ride back to our hotel, and arranged things so we could pick up our van after they closed because we were working late.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of West County Tire & Automotive in Anaheim for many, many years. They are dependable, honest, and great at what they do. They have an excellent rapport with their customers. An added bonus is they are avid baseball fans, as are we. They have an amazing collection of Angels memorabilia in their lobby.

We have referred our family and friends to them, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

Before our 6 hour trip back to Phoenix, we had a low pressure error, so we called up this place to get a price and time estimate. Both were 100% accurate. The man on the phone was very friendly, helpful, and seem to have our best interest in mind! They located the nail in our tire, and patched it up, all in 30 minutes and for only $25. Super friendly, very fast, and great prices, would totally recommend! (:

Great people. I came from out of town, with no plans on ever having to come back. A recipe to take advantage for some places. West County Tire was honest and trustworthy. They had my tire fixed and running within 45 min. They even checked my other tires and fixed my tire pressure. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. I was in Anaheim on vacation and had a significant problem with my vehicle. I was thinking that I would get taken advantage of because I was far from home (as I have in the past at other places). The staff were very friendly, the service was pretty fast, and the price was INCREDIBLY fair. I couldn't have gotten a better deal from my hometown mechanic. I overheard other customers commenting on their honesty and professionalism as I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I feel very comfortable recommending this company to all of us vulnerable travelers if in need of repair while in the Anaheim area. If I lived in Anaheim, this would be my regular mechanic, without a doubt!

KICK BACK WHILE YOUR VEHICLE IS SERVICED

Went here bc I was close by to the area and needed an oil change. They accepted the oil and filter I purchased at a chain auto store and even installed the air filter for me free of charge. 

The place is super clean and has a lot of Angels memorabilia which is neat. There's a side lounging room for customers to watch tv (cable too!!) and a a coffee machine while you wait. Customer service was really good, I want to give a shoutout to Ivan Hurtado who made me feel right at home. It felt like i was at home while getting my vehicle maintained. Super!
